With a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Deion extensive knowledge and experience to our team, ensuring exceptional care every day of the year. Over the past 25 years, he has devoted himself to family's personal care home, progressing from a direct care worker in 2017 to a leadership role committed to upholding a legacy of care. As a licensed administrator and certified medication administration trainer, Deion ensures we have the skilled staff necessary to meet the diverse of our residents.
Meet our dedicated PCA Team, led by Katie and Kevin, who are committed to guiding us toward excellence by ensuring we stay authentic, motivated, and productive every day. Joining them is Sonia, our Resident Care Coordinator, who ensures that our residents enjoy a comfortable and peaceful home, equipped with the best skills and knowledge. Completing our motivated and authentic team is Brice, our Administrator in training, dedicated to serving those who are often overlooked and undervalued.
